Deliveries are made from the store with delivery 1-3 days. If you want to change size or product, the easiest way is to add a new order and send the item you want to change in return. You send an email to stockholmboheme@gmail.com we respond in turn as fast as we can, this applies during weekdays.


Shipping fee is 69 SEK within Sweden. Shipping fee can be changed during sale periods and in special offers, but then we inform clearly about it first. Shipping to countries other than Sweden, we follow a so-called weight tariff, the cost of shipping fee depends on the weight of the package. To find out the shipping fee, send a mail to us. We use PostNord as delivery partners.


Obviously you should be satisfied with your order. Sometimes it happens that the garment does not fit or that you regret you buy. Then you return the item to us, we follow distance agreement where you have 14 days cooling off period. The product may then not be used and must be returned with the original packaging and packing. The item that is returned may not smell smoke. Then, the product has lost value. You, the customer will be liable to compensate the decline in value or you will get back the goods and pay the price as it was when you ordered. Our management process after receipt of the return is normally 3-5 days, at peak times, it can sometimes take a few days longer. Note that Stockholmboheme.se by law have 30 days in which to pursue a refund when the return / complaint.

If you choose to return the entire order, you pay the freight charge 69 - and your own return shipping return cost. The rest will be deducted on the credit to your card.

Return happens to cards that are issued to banks abroad is done with the current date. The differential can then occur but there is nothing we can influence.

Mail us at stockholmboheme@gmail.com in the subject line, type your return and your order number. Ex "Return 1234567" Write a short message to us about why you are returning so we can get better at what we do.

When we receive the return we will credit the purchase back of your card. It can take up to three business days before the money is returned to your card. We will email you the details for crediting.

Good to know

Please send in the same carton / bag you got the delivery, otherwise pack in as well as you can. You are responsible for the package until we got it. A return takes about 1-3 business days to complete.


If you wish to exchange an item for another, you do so easily by adding a new order for the item you want to change to, and make a return of the item you want to send back. This is because we want to assure you that you will get your item before any runs out of inventory.

The new purchase receipts not that old, but it is treated as a new order as this is the easiest way. Your return cancels obviously as soon as we receive your package.


With us you can choose the following payment methods


Your card number and expiration date sent encrypted to Payex who approve or disapprove. We do name and address verification. Names and addresses must be identical to the card issuer's records. The card is personal and you cannot act like your spouse's card or cards that are registered in the company. We accept most common card types issued on the Swedish banks. When purchasing cards abroad be deducted after today's currency.

Upon payment methods Swish Stockholmboheme - Number: 1234202974, payment must be received within 24 hours then send your order. Upon payment enter the order number, as well as for & last name.


Depending on where you live and the amount of orders we have to send out so vary the delivery time of 1-3 working days if you live in Sweden.


If you wish to complain about your product, you do so easily by emailing us at stockholmboheme@gmail.com and in the subject line, write Complaints and your order number Ex "Complaints 1234567". Write why you wish to complain and please send a picture of the error.

Problems with delivery

If an item does not arrive to you so please contact us via e-mail stockholmboheme@gmail.com so we can begin to track down lost items directly. However, you can track your goods by postal website. Simply fill in the tracking number you got from us in your delivery information. If the item however arrive in damaged condition, you have to point this out on your delivery and notify it on the spot there. Is the damage of the kind where the hidden and not become clear until you get home, you will do as the complaint (see above). When a package is delivered with the Post Parcel reserve all rights to compensation if any problem happens. When the package is delivered from us is beyond our hands. You have to take issue with the Post, of course we will help you as much as we can.

Unclaimed goods

If for some reason you decide not to collect the goods ordered, so the package is sent back to us by the shipping company. This cost will then have to pay and you are billed for these costs as well as administrative services. Regarding not package we have a fixed cost of 249 SEK corrected at the credit to your card. If you have not checked out multiple orders we reserve the right to turn off your customer number.


We reserve the right to end the sale and that an article without warning can be deleted from the range. For example, an article sold out prior to the stock levels had time updated on the webshop. For technical reasons, the colors on the website may differ slightly from reality. We also reserve for possible price errors, price changes and errors. All our prices are quoted in Swedish kronor including VAT.


Stockholmboheme is responsible for the personal information you provided to us. These data will be used for you to be able to shop with us.

By law, you must accept that we save this information for you, which you agree to by fulfilling a purchase with us.
